Winter,

I was pleasantly surprised when I got home last night as a box from Team Winter had arrived, marked "Don't open until Christmas". I was like a kid again with excitement and couldn't hardly wait to open it this morning!! 

I waited until Tyler opened all his gifts from Santa and finally opened it. I read the letter on top and could not finish reading it once I realized what you had done. Tears of happiness I think they were called. 

I have to tell you that it will be one of my all time favorite and most special gifts I have received in my 44 years of life. You continue to amaze me and inspire me everyday and I am a better person because of you! That was one of the most unselfish acts I have ever witnessed and you will forever have a special place in my heart. The things you are doing with Team Winter and your personal story is a true inspiration to me and many people around the world. 

It's an honor to be a part of Team Winter and to know you and your family and because of you I have a fire burning inside of me to carry on the message!

Thanks again for this special gift, I will cherish it forever and thanks for being a special person, I thank God that he sends Angels to this earth like you to make the world a better place!!
